LEAR Blue Mexico
An ocean sanctuary. A new perspective.
A proposed offshore wellness and marine innovation destination in the Sea of Cortez, between Cabo and Mazatlán, Mexico.
Explore a partnershipThe Sea of Cortez concept
LEAR Blue brings ocean wellness, freediving and marine architecture into one connected vision. Rather than building around crowded beaches, the plan imagines floating hospitality platforms and partially submerged spaces where the sea becomes part of everyday life.
Longer stays, quiet surroundings and time beneath the surface sit at the heart of the experience. It’s a place conceived for slowing down, reconnecting and discovering the marine world with care.
LEAR Blue is an executive development concept. Its location, engineering, environmental permissions and delivery programme remain subject to feasibility work and approvals.
Two sides. One thoughtful experience.
The plan separates the energy of arrival from the stillness of retreat, giving each its own space.
Marina & operations
The welcoming, active side of LEAR Blue: arrivals, dining, social spaces and electric marine recreation. Behind the scenes, logistics and service infrastructure keep the proposed destination connected.
Serenity & freediving
A quieter environment for underwater observation, ocean meditation, thermal wellness and freediving. Proposed underwater accommodation and extended stays offer a different rhythm from conventional resort life.
What makes LEAR Blue different
Architecture above and below
Floating platforms, underwater observation spaces and a landmark Power Tower form the proposed marine landscape. The tower is envisioned as a focal point for observation, wellness, operations and renewable energy integration.
Time to reset
A proposed 14-day guest journey moves from quiet arrival and rest to breathwork, guided freediving and deeper ocean exploration. The emphasis is on unhurried experiences, not a packed activity schedule.
A living marine environment
The vision includes themed underwater trails, artificial reef habitats and coral restoration. Water-quality monitoring and research partnerships would help guide responsible development and ongoing marine stewardship.
A vision built in stages
For the Sea of Cortez concept, the business plan proposes a phased approach: validate the environment and engineering first, then establish marine infrastructure before expanding hospitality and guest experiences.
